From the start, Disney knew that Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series had a great potential for merchandising. As a result, Disney released a total of 25 different Mighty Ducks action figures, catagorized into 5 series. All figures were produced by Mattel and liscenced by the NHL. Offered for sale in many countries through several outfits, these action figures represent a tangible way for untold numbers of Ducks fans to live out the adventures of the team in their imaginations.
